MG G-GE-GL 3042 Gthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3042 G is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 3,100 mm working width. In the GE version the side-roll travel and parallelism are controlled by two proportional valves and two transducers, regardless of temperature. It rolls plate up to 42 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 32 mm; the top roll is Ø460 mm, the side rolls Ø420 mm, power 40 kW, weight about 23 t. We choose between G, GE and GL by the smallest diameter and the repeatability you need, and fix the configuration in the quotation.
