The MG G-GE-GL 3065 I is a three-roll hydraulic plate roll for shells and cones from plate up to 3,100 mm wide. All three rolls are driven and clamp the plate hydraulically; they are turned by hydraulic motors through planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls. Plate up to 65 mm, edge pre-bending up to 50 mm, Ø610 mm top roll, Ø570 mm side rolls, 75 kW drive, 40 t. If you need a longer shell, MG builds custom plate rolls with a working length of up to 8,000 mm.
