MG G-GE-GL 3075 Ythree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3075 Y is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 3,100 mm working width. The rolls have a bi-conical shape against the barrel and reel effect and run on double-row tapered roller bearings lubricated for life. It rolls plate up to 75 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 55 mm; the top roll is Ø680 mm, the side rolls Ø530 mm, power 100 kW, weight about 57 t. For large shells MG offers side and vertical supports, and for plate feeding a roller conveyor and laser squaring; we agree the equipment in the quotation.
