MG G-GE-GL 3160 Zthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3160 Z is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 3,100 mm working width. In the GE version the side-roll travel and parallelism are controlled by two proportional valves and two transducers, regardless of temperature. Plate up to 160 mm, edge pre-bending up to 140 mm, Ø1,000 mm top roll, Ø930 mm side rolls, 290 kW drive, 180 t. If you need a longer shell, MG builds custom plate rolls with a working length of up to 8,000 mm.
