The MG G-GE-GL 3200 W is the largest MG three-roll plate roll in the catalogue, for heavy-wall shells and cones from plate up to 3,100 mm wide. All three rolls are driven, with hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls. Plate up to 195 mm, edge pre-bending up to 160 mm, Ø1,100 mm top roll, Ø980 mm side rolls, power 380 kW, weight about 210 t. For shells of this size MG offers side and vertical supports and a plate loading and unloading robot; we agree the equipment in the quotation.
