The Aksüt ASM200T-H is a 200 t eccentric press with a monoblock steel H-frame and a pneumatic clutch for stamping with a fixed 80 mm stroke, which the maker can change to order. The crankshaft is forged AISI 4140 steel, the guides are 8-point with CuSn12 bronze, and lubrication is automatic and timed. 30 strokes/min, 0–100 mm ram adjustment, 1,200×1,000 mm table, 500×500 mm side window, 18 kW motor, memory for 5 dies. Inverter control of the stroke rate is an option we decide on to suit your process.
