The Aksüt ASM300T-H is a 300 t eccentric press with a monoblock H-frame and a pneumatic clutch with a double safety valve, for stamping with a 150 mm stroke. The ram slides on 8 surfaces in CuSn12 bronze, and control is by a PLC with a 10-inch touchscreen and memory for 5 dies. 25 strokes/min, 0–120 mm ram adjustment, 1,600×1,000 mm table, 600×600 mm side window, 550 mm ram-to-table distance, 27 kW motor. We calculate the required force from the blanking perimeter, sheet thickness and strength.
