The Aksüt ASM250T-H is a 250 t eccentric press with a monoblock steel H-frame and a pneumatic clutch for stamping with a fixed 100 mm stroke. Two pneumatic cylinders balance the ram, motorized adjustment sets the die height, and a hydraulic valve protects against overload. 30 strokes/min, 0–100 mm ram adjustment, 1,300×1,000 mm table, 600×600 mm side window, 22 kW motor, guides with CuSn12 bronze. We check the die size, weight and shut height against the table and ram adjustment.
