The MEP SHARK 282 is a manual band saw with two-way mitre cutting from −45° to +60°, whose turntable rotates on a preloaded bearing, so the angle is set easily and smoothly. A double spring holds the saw head rigidly, and a high-flow pump keeps the blade cooled. It cuts Ø250 mm, 220 mm square or 280×220 mm at 0°, Ø230 mm at +45° and Ø200 mm at −45°; blade 2,950×27×0.9 mm, 36/72 m/min, 1.5 kW, 440 kg. The tooth pitch and blade type for your profile and steel grade are selected together with the quotation.
