The MEP SHARK 452-1 SXI EVO is a SHARK SXI semi-automatic band saw for tubes, profiles and beams. The operator loads the workpiece and starts the cycle, then the cut runs without them. At 0° it takes Ø330 mm round bar or a 450×320 mm open section, mitre −60°…+60°, both ways, and round bar up to Ø320 mm at +45°. Blade 4500×34×1.1 mm, 15–100 m/min, 4 kW drive.
