The KSP ALL IN ONE Q160 is a three-in-one washer for burnt oil, resin and mechanical residues: the part goes through automatic washing and rinsing in the basket, and the operator finishes difficult areas with a 150 bar gun. Ø1,600 mm basket, up to 750 kg, 800 mm loading height, 400 + 250 + 120 l tanks, 3×7.5 kW heaters, 34.5 kW; the washer heats up to 80 °C, the manual station up to 50 °C. We select the cycle time, temperature and detergent by the part material.
