The warranty is from 12 months. We respond within 1 working day; if the case is covered by the warranty, the engineer's visit is free. Consumables are kept in stock in Ukraine, spare parts to order take 5–6 weeks. After the warranty: service under a contract or on a one-off basis, remote diagnostics for CNC machines.
