Multi-stage washing: the whole cycle in one machine

When a part goes straight to assembly or measurement after washing, a single rinse-off is not enough: it needs rinsing with clean water so no detergent is left, and drying so corrosion does not start. A multi-stage machine does this in sequence in one chamber, with no operator between the stages.

PURGE XL washes, rinses and dries with separate tanks: the KSP PURGE XL1250 takes 450 kg with 250 + 250 l tanks, and the larger XL2000 850 kg with 450 + 450 l. DUAL JET adds a high-pressure station to the washer: the KSP DUAL JET X14 handles 650 kg with 27.2 kW. The ALL IN ONE Q135–Q185 combines washing, rinsing and high pressure in one body. ROBO CLEAN is a robotic line with several stations: washing, rinsing, drying and oiling.

Questions and answers

Why a separate rinsing tank?

The wash tank gradually becomes saturated with oil and detergent. Without a clean-water rinse a film of solution stays on the part, and that interferes with painting, bonding and measurement. A separate tank keeps the rinse water clean.

What does oiling at the end of the cycle give?

A thin protective film on the clean part: after drying, bare metal rusts readily, and preservation buys time until the next operation or through storage. In the catalog this stage is offered by the ROBO CLEAN line.
