The KSP UWM800 is an ultrasonic washing tank for small and medium-sized parts of complex shape: sound waves create micro-bubbles in the solution that remove oil and chips from the surface as they collapse. 800×500×500 mm AISI304 tank, 160 l, 750×400 mm platform, up to 150 kg, 1,500/3,000 W ultrasound at 27 kHz, 7.5 kW heater, 0–80 °C, 9 kW, timer up to 90 min. We select the cycle time, temperature and solution by part material and contamination.
