KLINGELNBERG R 300 is a Höfler roll testing machine for cylindrical gears and shafts. The part is rolled in mesh with a master or mating gear: single- and double-flank tests, structure-borne noise and torsional acceleration show whether the drive will be noisy and help find the cause. The short cycle lets it run in the line for 100% inspection, including eDrive shafts. Profile and pitch of a single gear are measured on the P-series measuring centres.
