KLINGELNBERG T 60bevel gear testing machine
KLINGELNBERG T 60 is a KLINGELNBERG testing machine for spiral bevel and hypoid gear sets with a 90° shaft angle (79–101° as an option). The pinion and ring gear are rolled in mesh under load to check runout, transmission error by single-flank test (SFT) and structure-borne noise. It is used after lapping or grinding, before the gearbox is assembled; the geometry of a single gear is measured on the P-series measuring centres.
