The FPS 630M-NC Dualmaster is the senior Dualmaster model with 630 mm X travel; for horizontal machining (optional) the vertical head is not removed but swivelled through 90° and moved back by handwheel. Table 800×470 mm, travels 630/450/400 mm, X/Y area up to 630×600 mm, 13.3 or 15.2 kW depending on the Heidenhain TNC 620 FS or Siemens Sinumerik ONE CNC, 0–5,000 rpm, up to 10,000 mm/min, approx. 2,640 kg. We choose the CNC system based on where programs will be prepared: at the machine or in CAM.
