CNC milling machines: two classes in one section

The first class is universal FPS machines with CNC that work both to a program and by hand with handwheels. The FPS 420M-NC and FPS 620M-NC have 630×400 and 820×420 mm tables, 7 kW, 0–4500 rpm and a choice of control — Siemens 840D sl or Heidenhain TNC 620 FS. The Dualmaster series, the FPS 425M-NC Dualmaster and FPS 630M-NC Dualmaster, is more powerful: 13.3–15.2 kW, 0–5000 rpm, feed and rapid up to 10,000 mm/min, a dual guideway system and direct measuring systems, with Heidenhain TNC 620 FS or Siemens Sinumerik ONE.

The second class is the large LUNA Perseus RV for plates, frames and bulky housings. Tables range from 2000×6000 mm on the LUNA Perseus 2060RV CNC to 3000×6000 mm on the LUNA Perseus 3060RV CNC and 2500×8000 mm on the LUNA Perseus 2580RV CNC, with loads of 22–30 t, a BT50 taper and 22/26.4 kW (30/36 kW on the 3060RV). FANUC or Siemens CNC and the tool magazine depend on the configuration.
