The Aksüt ASM160T-C is a 160 t eccentric press with a C-frame and a pneumatic clutch; two pneumatic cylinders balance the ram, and reversing helps free a jammed die. 35–40 strokes/min, adjustable stroke 0–140 mm, 1,100×800 mm table, 405 mm throat depth, 480 mm ram-to-table distance, 15 kW motor, 9,500 kg. Control is by a PLC with two-hand buttons and Category 4 light curtains. We check the die size, weight and shut height against the table and ram adjustment.
