The Aksüt ASM500T-H is the most powerful eccentric press in Aksüt's H series: 500 t, a monoblock steel frame, a pneumatic clutch and a forged AISI 4140 steel crankshaft in single or double connecting-rod design. 250 mm stroke, 20 strokes/min, 0–150 mm ram adjustment, 2,300×1,200 mm table, 600×600 mm side window, 750 mm ram-to-table distance, 42 kW motor. Two pneumatic cylinders balance the ram, and the guides have 8 surfaces with CuSn12 bronze. For selection we need the part drawing, material and die; the force, stroke and rate depend on them.
