Special laser systems: when a standard machine is not enough

LUNA ORION H 13025, H 13032, H 26025 and H 26032 are five-axis systems for 3D cutting of profiles and complex parts: the head approaches the workpiece at the angle required, so bevels, mitre joints and holes in sloping faces are cut in one setup. The axis configuration, working zone, clamps and automation are selected for the product.

LUNA ORION R 3015 and R 4015 cut metal from coil: the line uncoils, levels and feeds the strip under the laser itself, so blanks come out without the offcuts left by sheet edges. The PL series, from the LUNA ORION PL 4020 to the PL 6025, are automated lines with loading, cutting, sorting and unloading; which modules are included depends on the production task.

BLM GROUP LT-FREE is a robotic system: five axes, up to two robots and two work stations or a rotary table. It is chosen for finished welded assemblies and complex shapes that an ordinary clamp cannot hold.
