Three Demirci chain-link machines: the ADF3 HS automatic at 240–320 m²/h, the ADF3 Classic at 120–160 m²/h and the manual MF3 at 60 m²/h.
All three machines weave the same chain link: a wire spiral is threaded into the previous one and the web is wound into a roll. Their mesh and wire ranges are almost the same, so the choice comes down to production volume — to pace, power and how much work is left to the operator.
| Machine | Output (70×70 mm) | Mesh and wire | Controls |
|---|---|---|---|
| Demirci ADF3 HS — fully automatic | 240–320 m²/h, 7.7 kW | 25×25–105×105 mm, wire 1.5–4.1 mm | Siemens PLC, 7″ panel, servo motors |
| Demirci ADF3 Classic — fully automatic | 120–160 m²/h, 3.6 kW | 25×25–105×105 mm, wire 1.5–4.1 mm | functional panel with speed adjustment |
| Demirci MF3 — manual with PLC | 60 m²/h, 2.32 kW | 20×20–85×85 mm, wire 1.4–4.0 mm | PLC, 7″ touch panel, servo motor |
Demirci MF3 looks like the simplest machine, but it covers two ranges the automatics do not: a mesh from 20×20 mm (the ADF3 minimum is 25×25 mm) and a web width from 0.3 to 6.1 m. It also weaves grass wire at 10–30 m²/h — so it makes opaque fencing too, not only plain chain link.
A roll from the machine can be sold as it is, or it can be compacted — for that the compact roll machine is placed next to it: its 260–320 m²/h just covers the ADF3 HS automatic. Coloured wire is made on the PVC coating line, and to keep the machine from stopping when a coil runs out, wire ends are joined by butt welding. The full line-up is in the wire processing section.
