The Demirci FDE3 PVC wire coating line in three versions: 250, 350 or 450 kg/h, wire 0.9–4.1 mm, coating 0.3–2.0 mm.
The Demirci FDE3 line applies PVC to plain galvanised wire: a coil of steel goes in, coloured wire for weaving comes out. The point is not to buy coated wire ready-made: you set the coating thickness of 0.3–2.0 mm and the colour yourself, for your own order.
There are three versions, differing in output: the FDE3-45 gives 250 kg/h, the FDE3-55 350 kg/h and the FDE3-65 450 kg/h. The wire range of 0.9–4.1 mm and the coating thickness are the same on all three. The line needs 30–35 m², with room to add modules.
The data sheet gives power as two figures — 17 / 11 kW for the FDE3-45, 23.2 / 16 for the FDE3-55 and 29.2 / 19.5 for the FDE3-65; which is the installed and which the working figure we confirm in the technical quotation. One more planning point: the MFDC2 coiling pallet lays 250 kg/h — exactly matching the FDE3-45, while for the larger versions the coiling rate has to be worked out separately.
Coated wire then goes to chain-link weaving: the ADF3 automatics take PVC wire of 3.1–4.1 mm — more than the 1.5–3.1 mm for galvanised wire, because the coating adds thickness. The rest of the equipment is in the wire processing section.
