The Demirci MFK3 compact mesh roll machine: 0.8–4.05 m rolls, 260–320 m²/h, in three versions — 2M, 3M and 4M.
Loosely wound mesh takes up a lot of space: the roll loosens and fewer metres fit on a pallet. The Demirci MFK3 presses the web into a tight roll — cheaper to transport, easier to store and simpler to sell at retail. The machine is not a mandatory link: mesh is ready to sell without it.
There are three versions by roll length: the MFK3-2M up to 2.05 m, the MFK3-3M up to 3.05 m and the MFK3-4M up to 4.05 m, all from 0.8 m. Each needs its own space — 9, 12 and 15 m². The output of 260–320 m²/h on a 70×70 mm mesh is roughly the pace of the ADF3 HS automatic, so one machine keeps up with one weaving machine.
One of its ranges is narrower than on the weaving machines: a mesh of 40×40–105×105 mm against 25×25 mm on the chain-link automatics. Fine mesh of 25×25 or 20×20 mm cannot be compacted on this machine — worth checking before you order. It does take thicker wire, though: up to 5.0 mm with PVC coating. The rest of the equipment is in the wire processing section.
